weight that i am not having trouble losing. :(
well not trouble, but im not the most hard working person.
soooo im coming to come here, everyday for 30 days and try to lose weight.
i intend to swim. and use the gym.
although i probably havent been to a pool in ages and may need to use a floater or sthg but i am determined( in Kanu's voice) to lose weight.
ps: i have found my gym bra./ sports bra or whatever.
my goal this week is to
eat 1320 calories a day.
_ this is going to be sooo easy.
i also intend to do crunches. say 500 daily.
and go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
i also need a gym partner.

What good gyms can you recommend in the island axis? I stay at lekki but can head to V.I if need be.
