im glad about it, although i havent stepped on a scale since then and i have proceeded to eat my heart out.
starting tomorrow, I intend to hit the gym hard.
1000 skips a day
150 sit ups
25 ab exercises
and oblique crunches maybe 50.
so help me God.
my waist is currently at 30 inches. urgh urgh urgh
*throws black berry at unsuspecting assistant*
who would have thought two inches would be that hard to lose?
