YESTERDAY

i was at the gym. i quit using a trainer. i realised there was no point.

i dont hurt as much anymore.

my work out plan is : 30 mins on the treadmill. 120 sit ups. and a bunch of ther execercises.

operation two pack. ive also stopped eating after 5pm. latest 7pm.

to enable this seriously, i would not visit anyone after 6pm. lol.

i also am on a no-pop soda-esque drinks. coke fanta sprite. and eva water isnt as intresting.

however i love the feel after using the treadmill. and i have a certain glow.

off course all this is in my mind.
